I had an exceptional experience with the staff, particularly Toccara, who helped me with my move-in. She provided me with a thorough walkthrough and was incredibly patient with me. She truly is a blessing, and she made my move-in process fast, efficient, and enjoyable. I’m thrilled with my spacious apartment home.

I lived in crestmark for 4 years. In the 4 years I’ve lived there as a single girl who’s lived alone. I’ve had 4 different times someone trying to break into my apartment, climb onto my patio to get into my windows. Someone trying to break into my bedroom windows and front door. I’ve been chased from my car to my front door locking my door within seconds before they followed me in. The front office did not care because it was not a gated community. While the one who chased me also lived in the apartment complex brought this up to the front office and they blamed it on his mental health and still would follow me to the pool. I lived in the apartment for 6 months with black mold growing in my cabinets and on the back of my wall decor from the apartment above mine pipe broke and all the wate
