WELLINGTON PLACE APARTMENTS

Stayed here for 4 years... the staff has always been very kind and responsive. The apartments themselves are very nice with good insulation, I don't think I've ever heard the upstairs neighbors. The community is quiet with mostly families staying here. The price is par for the course for a Fishers apartment. I would recommend.

I lived here for a year and overall it wasn't bad. However, I would hear mice in the walls of my apartment and when I told the front office / maintenance about it, all they did was set traps up outside of my apartment. Additionally when I moved out the apartment complex I had left it in better condition than when I had moved in. When I moved in there was trash in my apartment, bugs everywhere, and a weird smell that took me months to get rid of. The apartment complex not only charged me for "damages" to the stove top, but they charged me more than the invoice provided. They also charged me for replacing the carpets saying there were pet stains and smells, even though I had gotten the carpets cleaned before I moved out. I lived here for 3 years the leasing team was phenomenal in helping me and my wife find a place in such a short time. Stacy is the best is the biz, she is knowledgeable, friendly and truly cares about the community. The maintenance is very responsive and know what they're doing, and the apartments themselves are so grand, with very nice appliances. I'm proud to say I'm a homeowner now, but saying goodbye to Wellington was kind of a bitter moment for me. You'll love it here.

Highly recommend living here! Great community, clean and updated apartments and plenty to do from swimming to gym to pickleball! Perfect location to get to Fishers or Castleton. The staff is so helpful with a big shoutout to Stacey Singleton for all of her kindness over the past year!

My husband and I toured with Stacy. She was really friendly and answered all of our questions. She was thorough and explained the company history to us and also explained the cost breakdown really well. We loved the tour.
