The Flats at Fishers Marketplace

Yesterday I found these apartments on Zillow and toured the complex. I was very impressed. The units I viewed were clean and well-maintained, with plenty of natural light and great layouts. The the fitness center and community lounge, were spotless and inviting. The leasing team was friendly, very accommodating and knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. Really, it was an excellent experience, prices are average for the current inflation times were in. Overall, I would recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a new apartment home.

I recently visited and toured this property with the leasing agent this past Saturday! I arrived after 4pm, closer to closing time after traveling from Atlanta. This was property #6 I viewed this particular day and the second property that actually mirrors theirs images online. As a professional working in a service industry - customer service is critical and I have to share how absolutely amazing she was. She was a rockstar, she was kind, patient, inviting, thorough, interested, celebratory in the fact that promotion is the cause of my relocation and finally- careful and empathetic to things I shared. If for any reason, I don't get the opportunity to become a resident here , just know the agent was the angel I needed that day/that moment. I learned about her mom also and how she too enjo

It’s been fine so far we just moved in at the beginning of July. Maintenance has not been timely. Supposedly the office doesn’t dictate maintenance and what they do. They are different services which I thought was weird for an apartment complex. No communication about construction being in the way of traffic and parking. There’s also been problems with extra fees on rent I feel like they add an extra fee every month lol. Other than that it’s been fine, love the community. Update: since it’s started snowing I feel like the office/maintenance has neglected the roads in the complex. There was 2 inches of ice throughout the entire apartments for at least 3 days before the sun came out. I appreciate them for shoveling the sidewalks that was nice. This place doesn't empty the dumpster often enough and they also didn't do snow removal???? They didn't plow all day until 4pm leaving people to have to call out of work, and a week after the storm now they haven't cleared parking spaces except for handicap spots leaving the rest of us to ttlry to shovel (which no one but me is doing...) and someone also took the spot i shoveled for myself leaving me afraid to leave home or I'll lose my spot, so now I'm having to shovel for my lazy neighbors because the complex didn't do this. This is unacceptable..

I was so disappointed the way that I was treated by the property manager . I went to ask her if i could get a bottle of water, since the water dispenser is out of service, she was like i will unlock it for you, but not for you to take bunch home. That was insulting in front of other people. First of all, a case of water is like $3-4 . I am oay high rent and still staying here for 8 years. One bottle is not going to effect her salary. Matter of fact I am paying theirs salary. This place can't even keep people here. Residents are staying for few months to a year. This apartment should be glad I am one of the original and staying this long .
