Sunblest Apartments

My last day/night in my wonderful apartment. I would have stayed longer but my bf and I r moving to the next chapter in our relationship. I wanted to thank such amazing staff giving me a great experience here @ sunblest. I have loved my apartment, when the very few times I needed maintenance they came very quickly and resolved the issue without any stress of mine. Clean area, right next to the perfect walking paved trails, close walking distant to coffee shops, restaurants, and ice cream shop lol. HANDS DOWN THE BEST APARTMENT TO LIVE IN.

SUNBLEST don't clean snow in winter, wait for naturally meltdown. If you have to go out early morning or before 10 or 12, you cannot. They spread sault very small amount what does not help little. You cannot pull your car in the winter morning for snow. Also if you call UBER (car), you will not get. You have to call UBER Truck/Pickup. You need snowboard ski. I am working and have to leave early morning for my job. But have to take leave every snow day in winter. My suggestion if you have to go out early morning and no opportunity to work from home think before taking lease. Today is a snow day. It is 10: 05 am, no sign of snow cleaner. Staying home with a hope they will clean snow today and I will able to go office tomorrow. I have to take leave today for snow. I cannot pull my car.

I just moved out of Sunblest after 6 years due to my job. You will not find a beautiful place to rent like this. Green and well maintained like new. The leasing office team and maintenance team are polite and listening. Near to everything you need. Missing Sunblest after moving to an apartment in a different state and you can’t imagine what I am going through. Keep up the great work team.

I moved into Sunblest Apartments in August. And I am so happy I did. The office staff is great! The maintenance is also top notch. If & when I put in a request they either show up the same day or the next day. They take care of the property too.With this recent snowfall they had done an outstanding job!! They have plowed the streets numerous times plus the sidewalks too. So we can take a walk around the community and not have to walk in the street. In my opinion it is one of the best properties in Fishers.Thank you for everything you do!!

Nice and calm complex, very good maintenance crew, i'm about to renew my lease with them.
