Sand Creek Woods

I absolutely LOVE this apartment complex. The apartments are well designed, updated, and cared for well. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. I have had to put a few maintenance requests in and I have been very impressed with their timeliness and professionalism. I would definitely recommend making Sand Creek Woods your home. My one complaint, is that they don’t allow dogs, and yet it seems everyone has one.

It has been my experience living in Sand Creek Woods the past 10 years that management keeps the apartments well maintained and the grounds well landscaped. These apartments are excellently located near the heart of Downtown Fishers!!! I am gladly giving Sand Creek Apartments a 5 star rating!!!

This place is amazing! They office management is amazing, the maintenance crew gets things done in a timely manner (but really ASAP). Front office crew; Kristy, Sabrina, and Alaina are super kind and understanding. Overall this is an amazing place to live, clean quite community with great neighbors as well. If you are lucky enough to get a back unit that faces the woods, it will be very difficult to move out. And if you get lucky enough to catch a glimpse of wild life, it really is a treat. I would highly recommend living here! 100/100!

A very comfortable place to call home! I lived here for 4.5 years and enjoyed everything about the complex. The area is mostly quiet. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Any issues/service/repairs were well communicated and resolved quickly.

This marks my initial experience in Indiana, where I've lived for a year now. The apartment is impeccably maintained. The spacious backyard and trail are delightful features. The kitchenware, which was brand new upon my arrival, is a highlight. The carport has been a lifesaver, particularly during snowy days. Despite the tennis court having a rather uneven surface, I've had enjoyable matches there! 😅
