Wallingford Estates Apartments

I've lived here for a year now and have had a wonderful experience. The office staff are incredibly kind and responsive to any issues that arise. The maintenance team is also very respectful and helpful, even going above and beyond to assist me during bad weather. I'm grateful to Wallingford for making me feel at home and I'm excited to renew my lease.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE PHOTOS. Literally the worst choice you could make. The photos are misleading absolutely false advertisement. Stepping on dog feces and trash to your walk in the building is wonderful. Hanging wires and unfinished floors are beautiful inhaling stomach turning stench throughout the building… great. Gunshots in the evening.. how relaxing. Don’t worry about bringing anything to the staff it’s not their problem once they get you to sign a lease.

If I could give a negative I would have! I have been here for 6 years and have had to deal with Black mold in my bathroom for all those years just getting covered up by chalk and paint or even better the mold under my bathroom sink they put laminate over it!! Bugs they don't and or can't control because they don't change these apartments that have been the same since they were built! I know people that lived here over 28+ years ago!! YES THE PICTURE THEY USE ON THE SITES IS VERY UNREALISTIC TO WHAT YOU ACTUALLY RENT!! The only plus is that the Electric and Water are included and That is literally there only selling point to get people in there! Because now at $1500 we are now having to SHOVEL OURSELVES OUT OF A PARKING LOT WE PAY $1500 A MONTH TO PARK IN!! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!! I HAVE REPOR

Wallingford Management respond to queries promptly and are always available. I've never had a negative encounter.

Sarah helped me get all set up and made the whole process from applying to getting settled in super easy. She's a gem and everyone around the complex has been great so far.
