!!!Be careful this company!!! There’s a house that has been listed for over 25 days in Chester and has received over 300+ inquiries. They push people to apply, charge $50 per person, and then do nothing with the applications. At this point, it looks like they’re simply collecting application fees. If 300+ people applied — and some with multiple applicants — that’s over $45,000 in just one month for a property that still isn’t rented. ****** Don’t fall for it. They’re playing the long-game scam and preying on renters who need housing ASAP. ******
