I scheduled for a tour & no one showed up. I sat outside for about 15 minutes calling and emailing with no response. The phones are either out of service or mailbox full & the biggest gag is I received a reminder of the tour but I’m the only one who arrived! Blessing in disguise I can only imagine actually living there. Glad I didn’t!

If I could give it zero stars I would. This place is so poorly ran by management it’s ridiculous. They don’t fix anything but they want their rent money. Example: the laundry room was closed for a whole month and they didn’t even have a date as too when it was going to be reopened. Oh it gets worse!!! When the laundry room was reopened it was opened with NONE of the machines fixed that was broken in the first place. When I first moved in, there was a list of things that needed to be fixed NEVER DONE. There is trash all around the facility. I will NOT be renewing my lease. Don’t not rent here ever!!!!!!!! ai has made offices like this ghost towns. Staff would rather let Artificial Intelligence take calls book tours and accept application. Problems with that? Too many to mention. Sometimes a simple question without 3 days of text going back and forth are eliminated. It trains the staff they don't need to be in the office. It trains companies staff is not needed on sight. A very sad day to deseminate information.

Don't bother. The management turnover rate is so high. Maintenance department has one competent professional who travels throughout tri-state area to work on different properties, and won't be available to work on your apartment even in an emergency. We had severe water damage in our bathroom from poor plumbing SIX months ago, and no one came to fix. They did however look around and say they would be back (you guessed it, never came back). Management doesn't answer the phone, their emails, nor the door to the office. Don't even get me started on the laundry facilities. Most tenants wash their clothes by hand and then take it to the facilities to dry because there is usually only one washer out of five that actually work at a time. They take too long to repair things. There is cracked paint and roaches everywhere. They office never answers their phone or they are closed for some reason or another. The dumpsters are in the back of the complex. The road is full of potholes. The only bonus to the neighborhood is that it's quiet and u have personal entry into your apartment.
