Green Forest Apartments

DO NOT MOVE In these apartments. They are not luxury apartments.they have mouse problem. The exterminator come in your unit without a notice they don’t let you know when they’re coming. They are unprofessional management,maintenance. The cleaning lady do not change the mop water. She mopped all the buildings with the same mop water .It’s no counter spaces no sockets in the bathroom some do some don’t I have family members and friends that live in other units and some people have sockets some people don’t some work some don’t it’s always an issue when you go to the management to say something about the unit. There are mold in the units a lot of leakage and they’re always texting about if If there’s any flooding in your unit, let us know if it’s flooding or our units that means the pipes is

AN EXECELLENT PLACE! I sold my house in the big city and was looking for a comfortable place in this area. I feel like I’m living in my own home here, very clean and a wonderful place to live. The location is perfect; it is also close to shopping centers. The apartments are very nice with a lot of space and a deck porch to enjoy the outdoor warm days and silent nights. This is really a great place to call your home.

This is by far the worst place to live. The rent goes up every year like if they are luxury apartments and trust me this place is far from that. The appliances are used and old, the door bell doesn't work cause there out dated. Management gets upset when tenants complain and instead of taking action they tell tenants to call the police, so they don't have to actually confront the problem. They rent to people that don't respect others because all they care about is getting there rent. Trust me do not waist your time renting here you will REGRET it, just like I have. Can't wait to move out... I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.... And if you like to live in a clean, quiet and Respectful place, take your money else where.... This is by far the worst place I’ve lived!!! They are terrible the maintenance down to the people in the office and the cooperate is no better if you having an issue with Heather there is no one above her she rude speaks over you and provoking when trying to resolve an issue. My packages get stolen, they offer move in special but you never see it, they quick to file eviction don’t go through a hardship, mold in the units, the worst stoves always burns my food often and maintenance customer service if awful

I love the large windows in my apartment. It makes the whole space feel open and bright, and the views are beautiful. Waking up to natural light every morning is the best.
