Vivo Living Bloomington

I have lived in four different locations within Bloomington, and vivo takes the cake for the WORST and MOST STRESSFUL place I have ever lived in. My rent was advertised as $749 and is significantly higher than that; the laundry costs about $5 for a load, and I get charged extra for maintenance requests. I've dealt with numerous pests and have placed MANY maintenance requests for this issue, but it never solves anything. Please DO NOT live here. Half the residents aren't students, and this building is overall dirty, to say the least. I can't wait until my lease ends and hope no other IU students fall for this scam and uninhabitable place Granite manages. Please save yourself the headache from pests and terrible management!

This past weekend with move in happening everything was very organized and smooth. They had movers helping with move ins making the time and effort on us families easier. The property management was very kind and welcoming, Tabbitha was super friendly and great to talk to about any questions we had. The space was clean and welcoming when entering the apartment and it was overall just a great experience when we thought it would be hectic. Thank you for a easy move in!

The place is okay overall, but the small details make it far from worth the price. For $1,000 a month, I’d expect at least free laundry, but I could accept paying for it if necessary. My real frustration, however, is the outrageously expensive internet. The "free" plan offers a measly 10 Mbps for up to three devices, which is utterly useless unless you’re just checking your phone. Meanwhile, $40 a month for 40 Mbps feels like highway robbery, especially when other providers offer plans with at least 100 Mbps for $30 to $45. I regret ignoring the reviews before moving in—don’t make the same mistake. This place is not worth it.

Absolutely disgusting apartment complex! Everyone should stay far away from this place. over priced living in an old hotel. Mold spores and lead paint were used inside that building. Washers stay full of nasty contaminated water and cost 5$ per load place is not taken care of.

I am currently a tenant at Vivo Living and I would not recommend this place at all. Other than the fact that they offer extremely overprized studios and they are predatory with your money, you will find yourself in a place where you cannot do your laundry. All the washers in their laundry room do poorly as they don't properly drain water, and you get your clothes soaked in dirty water (please see photos attached). We have been having this issue since I arrived here in August. I complained to the property manager several times, and no solution (not even an apology) was offered.
