I highly recommend Villa Azusa Senior Apartments. Jose - the manager - is the best. Highly professional, fair, and patient. Jose always goes out of his way to accomendate the tenants. He has an open door office policy. He is always available to assist with any concerns. He addresses any complaints, or repairs immediately. He always had an upbeat attitude and a smile for the tenants. He truly cares about the tenants; it's not just a "job" for him. David, - the head of maintenance - is the best. Always helpful. He goes beyond his duties to help the tenants in any way he can. He, also, truly cares about the tenants. The complex is clean, safe, and friendly. There is everything you need directly across the streets i.e. Dollar Tree, check cashing, Rite Aide, ice-

Office manager exhibits sociopathic behavior. So, I moved out and lost my security deposit due to inappropriate charges. Many residents believe the manager receives kick backs from the contractors he hires. Parked my new car in my registered parking space, it was towed away inappropriately.

Called Villa Azusa,and spoke to Jose Montes. He stated their was a one bedroom apartment available, and it was first come first serve. He emailed me an application. I filled and out, and it cost me $43.00 to mail it one day service. I sent him $35 00 for credit check. When I called him, he said there wasn't a one bedroom available. I emailed him twiceasking for my $35.00 back. He never responded. Very unethical. I sent him everything he wanted, but couldn't bother to contact me back.

There's no parking anywhere making it difficult to visit loved ones. The staff aren't very nice either. There's parking spots out front but if you park there they'll have your car towed.
