Heritage Park Apartments in Azusa

god forsaken complex…they’ve got roaches, rats, the tenants leave shit all over the place, the laundry room has a curfew, half of the children are being neglected and no one says anything, there are many animal abusers living here and they never fix anything. Not even that long ago they would turn the water off regularly to avoid having to spend money to fix the real issues bc they’re lazy and stupid and don’t know how to manage an apartment complex.

Heritage Park Apartments is an apartment complex you need to live in like, yesterday. Beautiful landscape and mountain views paint the complex to add an air of peace and tranquility, very family and pet friendly. Owner is very responsive to anything needing fixed or perked up and is very happy to help. You wont regret your stay at this complex, I guarantee it.

Do not believe these reviews these apartments are horrible its like living in the projects. Roach infested. You got kids running around screaming profanity all day long and when I say all day long I mean all day long till like 12 or 1 am. The maintenance is never done and of its done its not done properly. Do yourself a favor DO NOT RENT HERE IT IS HORRIBLE.

Bad managment theirs kids running around and playing ball most of the time you tell the office and they dont do nothing plus apartments have bad conditiona due to their is always leak in alot of the apartments the office ladys are so rude

Not sure about the apartment condition but seems like there could be an animal abuser in this apartment complex to be your neighbor if you live here.
