Alosta Place Apartments

This review is for Alosta Place Apartments (owned by Positive Investments) and specifically for the on site property manager Elexiss Bermudez. In the three years that I have lived here, Elexiss has been very responsive and quick to act an any maintenance requests I had and also for other issues encountered with neighbors. I have no complaints whatsoever with how Elexiss manages Alosta Place. It is a difficult job on the best days and she handles it with aplomb. She appears to care about the tenants and our well being.

Positive Investments are the owners. The crime & neglect will get worse. They have a property in Hemet, CA. They refuse to open the amenities 2 years after Covid-19. They have a lock on the Clubhouse doors & want $150 deposit for general use; besides parties. Refuse to fix 2 grills on property! Refuse to hire house keeping staff or security. Homeless people camp in laundry & mail-rooms. The rent going up? They try to treat tenants like prisoners. Positive Investments is about MONEY! Unethical behavior.

This apartment doesn't tell you everything about the apartments, the hitting a lot of information about your neighbors and when you are living there you find everything and they don't care because you already have a contract for a year.

Theses apartments are spacious but bad location lots and lots of crime cars get windows smashed students are robbed of there belongings in there cars police are allways here homeless people living in the garages appartment units have rats and landlord has done nothing to mitigate mold in bathrooms from leaking pipes that are painted over do not recommend

Love my landlady but the on site manager is not here for tenant's he works for APU
