Mountain View Apartments

I notice many negative reviews and have come to the conclusion that they are posted by problem tenants that are either facing eviction (financial issues?), littering, not leashing dogs, car port mess such as leaks, or not controlling their mischievous kids. I believe they posted these in revenge. If you request maintenance, they always responded promptly. All the staff is respective and friendly. The grounds are tended to every week, improvements are made when needed. The area in general is convenient many shopping choices within walking distance. For those of you without personal vehicles this location is a great choice.

I love the manager. She is so helpful and gets things done. We need more managers like her. I've been here for a short time. I was referred here and love it! Great job Yolanda! First off I am I’m the United States Army. I lived here for 6 years. Ever since I first moved in they had a constant cockroach problem. They have gone through 3 manager since I’ve been here. One of the managers got caught stealing deposits. So when I got back from deployment I got a note on my door that owe them a 300 dollar pet deposit for my dogs. I had the dogs since I moved in so I obviously already had to pay a deposit. Then I bought a house just recently moved out. They sent me a bill for 3400 dollars. Keep in mind I’ve been there for 6 years and they want me to replace the carpets and cabinets. They don’t believe in normal wear and tere so I suggest to never deal with these crooks. I am hiring a lawyer to conter sue becuase to not get the roaches into my house I had to to go to extr

They raise the rent every year by at least $100. OUT OF CONTROL!. Cockroach infected. I had to buy my own venom because whatever they put here is water down. You pay all electric. During the summer and winter months my Light bill which includes Trash, water, sewer pipes and electricity reaches up to $300 a month. These apt are overpriced and to top it off they began to charge an additional $10 monthly insurance plan. I can't wait to move!

This is a horrible place to live. Recently four cars were stolen. They opened my car twice this year and stole everything I had in there. They broke the windows of some cars recently. There are cameras in the complex but guess what? They don't work. The owner doesn't want to repair them. There are fleas, bedbugs, roaches and rats. There's dog and and cat poop everywhere. If you live in Azusa, the only electric company is Azusa, light and water. It's extremely expensive! I would hardly have my central air on and my bill for three months in a row was more than 600.00??? I don't know how is that even posible. Especially for an apartment.
