Villa Azul Apartments

I will start with saying that I was thankful I had a place to live but…the property is infested with cockroaches. The office staff and management only take action after multiple calls and requests. The neighbors are hit and miss. There is a lot of suspicious activity that goes on all hours of the day around building 291-Apt 13 (I’m fairly certain it’s a trap house). The trash situation can be a challenge and contributes to the pest problem. Also the hot water heater is turned up sooo high it was nearly impossible to shower at a good temperature or wash dishes which contributes to very high gas bills. If you are desperate, rent here, if not, then rent some where else. The property is updated but in the early 2000s.

The management is awesome. When we moved in the place was perfect. It was clean and everyone was super nice. The nieghborhood is nice also. The hospital is a 1 minute walk from my door. There are tons of close places to shop are here. Thank you to Villa Azul management.
