As a local residential Realtor I highly recommend Aaron Pope as a property manager. He has built a wonderful business and has an outstanding reputation in our community. The service he provides for his owners comes with Aaron’s knowledge of the industry pared with his honesty and integrity.

Honestly what property management company on the central coast isn't awful? But come on with the absolute disregard of your time and the blatant discrimination. Good luck getting in contact with these people and when you do, know that anything they say or promise means nothing. Why did you go out of your way to say "and we'll let you know by the end of the week if your application is under consideration so that you're not just let wondering" if you know you have no intention of ever following up? Waited over a month only to find out we weren't chosen because they took the listing off their website. Unprofessional, lazy, but it's the central coast so they can do what they want because you're not going to find any better treatment anywhere else weeeee

My family and I rented from Pope for two years and never once had a problem. Any maintenance issues were quickly resolved. $10 is really not much to ask for their time to show you a property. Office staff was respectful and polite whenever I had a question. I would gladly rent from Pope again in the future.

Great property management company. Very respectful. Always listen to your needs. Enjoyed renting from them. Staff is very respective and address issues in timely manner. Highly recommend renting from them. Rented from them in same house for 2 yrs. never have they treated me wrong. Good company to rent from. Best of luck. Sand to leave place. Absolutely loved it. I love renting from Pope. When we have a service request, it is promptly addressed with courteous, respectful professionals. The office staff is great, Aaron is great. You will be very happy with them!
