Elm Tree Apartments

My husband and I absolutely love Elm Tree apartments! Living there was a wonderful experience! It was very well kept, clean, quiet, and lovely. Whenever we needed something or had a question, they were prompt to get back to us or take care of whatever it was that we needed. The property manager, Katie, is amazing! She is so kind and professional! We were so thankful to have her as our property manager.

My fiancé and I have lived here for a little over 2 years and it’s been a great experience! Katie and Charlie, the on site managers, are extremely helpful and have made for a fun, peaceful community. They’ve been very responsive and proactive in upgrading amenities. I would highly recommend joining the elm tree apartment community to anyone looking for a relaxed and quite lifestyle.

I have lived here for a couple months now and In my time here management has; kicked out the loud obnoxious people, put in brand new windows, replaced the railing for child safety, heated the pool to a warm 90 degrees for evening swimming, done maintenance calls within the hour reported, professionally cleaned an unexpected stain in my apt, and even listened diligently to any complaints that might even come up! The best thing about the living experience its the management, the quiet, and the constant maintenance and upgrading of the complex! The manager is by far the nicest person you will ever meet, unless you start trouble, then she's your worst nightmare making sure she keeps the peace and tranquility. I can't wait to get new washers and dryers and see what else management does to kee

Lived there for two years. BEST PLACE EVER!! would love to move back !! the Land lady is the most awesomest understanding, caring human being around. She helped me out a lot. She keeps up with all gardening and maintenance on her own. This is place is like paradise. I would love to live there again!
