This small community is the best location in Dunedin! Walking distance from downtown shopping and entertainment yet tucked back away so it’s serene and quiet. There is a great sense of community as owners and renters help out around the complex, participate in get togethers and parties and fun events. Folks greet you as you walk around, help out if needed and just a friendly/caring community. I’m proud to call this my home😊

My son bought here 4 years ago, it was a great decision! The present board is outstanding, they have greatly improved the property, and the value of our condo's have increased tremendously. People took advantage of that increase and sold their units at record profits. This place is our little piece of paradise!

If you are looking for a great hidden little gem that is within walking distance to downtown Dunedin and the Pinellas Trail, this is the place to be. I loved staying here. The community is made up of some amazing people.
