Dolphin Pointe of Dunedin

We took our 2 chiweenies and everything we needed to camp here for the weekend. We put it into our canoe and paddled over. We had a great time! Beautiful place!

It’s a great place to live and if you rent from here, avoid the old crotchety people who live here. Awesome location and amazing views!

Loved my stay here! Great location to travel to Honeymoon Island, Tarpon Springs, Dunedin & surrounding area attractions. It does need more of a socialization aspect for residents & renters to get together. The clubhouse could be a gathering spot for classes of general interest (yoga, Pilates, book club, etc.) It was empty most of my stay & it was hard to get to know people in the complex. The pool was closed most days due to the weather & that's usually where you meet your neighbors.

Horrible experience!!! Almost everyday I went out side of the condo I was renting, I was harassed by the crotchety old people living here! Whenever I went swimming, the other renters/owners treated me and my guests like criminals, yelling and demanding which place I was renting, asking specific details, that was none of their business. I could never go swimming without being harassed. The renter next door dug in dumpsters and left all his junk in the hallway. He was a nice guy, but was constantly offering us his moldy expired food that he got out of dumpsters. Every day we were having to avoid him which grew tiresome. Finally on my last couple days of stay, I was harassed by another old man saying that I was going to blow a fuse in the elevator, because I was propping it open to carry m
