Kat is friendly and knowledgeable. The outside is well done and looks upscale. The interior are well done and I like the laundry connections. Storage space is fine and the balcony’s are a good size. And you’re minutes from Dunedin. The application process isn’t as easy. Too much AI interaction. But Kat helped me though it. Can’t wait to move in

Kat is amazing at her job. She made the move in process seamless and fun. The community is quiet and very well kept. The apartment is very nice and spacious. Maintenance has been great. The location is perfect and close to everything. I walk everywhere.

I moved in here unseen after I flooded during the hurricanes last year. I’m so thankful for such an easy and convenient move in experience. I can’t thank Erik and his team enough for their kindness and efficiency. I’ll forever be grateful for their effort. It ended up being a great experience overall. The property is clean and well maintained. They are constantly making improvements and communicate effectively. I had an opportunity to buy or else I would have renewed my lease. This is a great property!!

I went on a tour today with Kat and she is AMAZING. I hope the owners keep her happy because the customer service experience with her was TOP TIER! She has this fun spunky personality and is very knowledgeable about the complex and area. I hope Contemporary lane will be my new home

I had a tour scheduled Friday, I booked it a week in advance, I was sent 2 reminders via email/text 2 hours before and I confirmed. I drive 30 minutes and they were closed, you cant leave a message either because of this AI system they have. very frustrating and wont be back to try to tour again.
