Mai Tai Suites Dunedin Florida

Lovely place with everything you need for your weekly stay. Very clean unit with comfortable king beds. Loved that it even had a box fan. Within few miles of Honeymoon Island and downtown Dunedin. Only thing that would have made it better was to have beach/bay access which you can see from the parking lot. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the Dunedin causeway bridge

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at the Mai Tai Suites! The location is wonderful, right off of the Causeway to Honeymoon Island and close to downtown Dunedin but in a quieter area that was just perfect for us. The suite had everything you could need, is beautifully appointed, warm and inviting - and immaculately clean. Karen is a fabulous host - providing tons of information before and during our stay - plus quick to respond to any of our questions or requests. On top of all of this, it is a very dog friendly which is a huge plus for us. We definitely plan to be back!

We chose Mai Tai Suites because of it's convenience to my husband's brothers home. The suite itself was so clean and stocked with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable . The decor was tasteful and the patio was a nice place to have morning coffee. It's located near Frenchy's restaurant as well as close to Honeymoon beach. Karen was very professional and informative with precise directions and rules of suite. We will be sure and book again soon. Perfect long weekend

I stayed in Unit 5 from Jan 17-20, 2026, and it was wonderful! My suite was very cute and comfy (exactly like the pictures). Location is GREAT! Having the Honeymoon Island pass was so convenient to visit the island whenever you want and so close to get to. I visited twice and took the ferry to Caladesi Island, which was great for shelling! Beds are very comfortable. I will definitely stay at Mai Tai next time I am in the area. Karen was able to help me with anything I needed and responded so quickly to my questions. We had the best time staying at Mai Tai Suites. It’s beautiful, furnished beautifully. It is in a great location. There are places you can walk to eat, walk to grocery store, pharmacy, my favorite Dollar Store. You are close to Honeymoon Beach, plus you have a pass to get in, you don’t have to pay. Best of all, if you’re like us, it’s quiet. No nutty people walking around, urinsying in your front yard, no one yelling snd swearing, don’t have to worry about little ones hearing foul language. It’s the best place we have ever stayed!!’❤️
