Great place to live ! Quiet when you want but lots of events to keep you busy !

Best decision I could have made after selling my home out in the country. I have a piece of it just looking out my windows or sitting on my balcony. A safe, convenient and very friendly complex I call my "neighborhood".

I have lived here for 1 year and am very happy. Great location, near the highway and Amherst bike path. Management and maintenance are very responsive to issues. They did a great job dealing with the pandemic and kept a steady stream of communication throughout.

We have been tenants for three years and have watched this property go downhill the past year. Dead trees, holes on driveways, limited landscaping and no one available in office. We have enjoyed our apartment and in the past, maintenance was taken care of swiftly. Since we were informed in March of a new buyer, communication has been non-existent and phone calls have not been returned. Yet our rent has increased. We were proud of this choice but are becoming displeased and unhappy.

Shawn McCarthy, showed my husband and I one of the senior apartments available at Turtle Creek. We were impressed with his knowledge of the building and how he brought our attention to all the details and amenities of the building. Most importantly, he wasn't pushy, but displayed a professional, yet obviously caring attitude toward our specific needs. What a joy it was to work with someone of his caliber Thank you!
