Prairie Pond

The management is awful . Snow plow never happens in parking lots Ice is everywhere. Walking pedestrian is icy,my mom fell last year on ice. No matter how many times u mention ,no one will do anything. I am constantly worried about my parents fall on ice and break bones God forbid. Garbage is another story. It is supposed to be non smoking building, neighbors smoke cigarettes, weeds .. when we complain, management say you can call police ,really?so why are you herea for?? They always look mad ,no respect to ppl go to them and ask or need something from them . Idk who to contact and let know of these neglecting situations. In summer time bees are issues ,they were supposed to change screens on windows, it's been 3 yrs and nothing happened.

They never fix anything when you make a maintenance request! I’ve been waiting 3 years for my sink to be fixed!!! Vey lazy staff.

Terrible place, infestation increase terribly they don’t exterminate they use home remedies to “get rid” of the bugs. Second time a neighbor has gotten roaches and is terrible. Office is lazy and rude. Horrible place to live , kids throw basketballs and footballs at windows,they also bang on windows, run up and down stairs in buildings, plays ding dong ditch.

I used to love here when I was a little kid and it was the best thing ever ....all the kids was so nice but they all moved out or grown up so there isn’t a lot of kids there ...my two aunts and my cousin lives here so I can see what things has changed and in the in side it is so nice ...I used to live here when it was named Jackson Square!!

Clean, neat grounds. Office is easy to locate. Very helpful. Just wish they had 1st floor apartments for disabled (or elevator).
