Muir Lake Luxury Apartments

For the past two years, I've had the pleasure of living at Muir Lake Luxury Apartments, where the commitment to tenant satisfaction is evident. Jackie in the office, Kim from maintenance, and Kim T., the property manager, have all played pivotal roles in making this community a wonderful place to call home. The neighbors are incredibly friendly and the environment is welcoming. Unfortunately, due to a career opportunity, I will be relocating to another state in two months. If not for this move, I would happily continue my residency here. Having lived in two other apartments in the Buffalo area before, I can say without hesitation that Muir Lake Luxury Apartments offers the best living experience. Highly recommended!

Due to my job, I have to move a lot! I was resident at Muir Lake Luxury Apart. for the past 2 years, I had the best experiences with this location! It is a newly built and luxury Apart, with the best service and maintenance that you would expect from an apartment complex. I have to give all the credits to the property manager Diana! Diana is a very nice, cooperative and responsible lady, she does care about the tenants and always available, if you have any issue with the maintenances or something else, she is going to take care of it immediately. You may pay a little bit more at this location but it really worths. I definitely recommend this beautiful and calm complex 👍🏼

I lived here for a little over a year and a half, and the only reason I left was to accept a new job offer out of town. This complex is outstanding. The grounds are almost always flawless, maintenance requests are taken very seriously, and the staff and neighbors are friendly. The administration and maintenance really strive to make sure that tenants get the feeling of "luxury". As someone else mentioned, the parking lots and grounds are almost always cleared of snow in a timely fashion. Anyone who's complaining about the lack of response for maintenance requests probably hadn't actually brought it to the attention of the staff. Diana who works in the office is extremely helpful. I’m an international student who has been Buffalo for 4 years. I had tried Alexander Property, Twenty 21 and here. I have to say this is the best place I’ve ever lived in. The first 2 are absolutely trash and racists. ( they try anything possible to detain your deposit just because you’re international students that don’t speak good English).The management here responses quickly and the staff always keeps the grass clean. There’s staff in the leasing office in the most time of office hours. Most importantly, snow removal service is incredibly efficient at this property. They clean up the snow in the midnight to make sure there’s no accumulation in the morning which most apartments won’t do so. I lived there for a year, the management of Muir Lake is wonderful always helped with everything. They installed bicycle racks on our request. I have lived in other apartments near university area but definitely this was my best experience. Special thanks to the Manager Diana.
