Creekview Court

I have lived at Creekview apartments for two years besides living in my own home it’s the best experience I’ve ever had. Heather Kevin and Amar are the best. They meet all your needs if you need anything all you have to do is ask and it is done immediately. I have had all positive experiences living here. It’s clean people are friendly. Heather does everything she can do to make you feel at home. She is an absolutely wonderful, wonderful manager.

I am currently a resident at Creekview Apartments, I feel like I can call this my home even though it’s just temporary. Heather who runs tha building is amazing at her job. I really never needed anything because the apartment came with all new furniture and appliances. For the first time I needed maintenance and when I asked Heather she made sure Kevin the maintenance manager was here and went on and above for me. Heather is a great manager and makes sure our needs at met that same Day. I rent a studio all inclusive and I for one feel comfortable and safe in my living area! More people should write good reviews more often, It’s bad reviews that get acknowledged! I give Heather and Kevin 5 stars because they are part of making me feel safe! Thank you to you both!

I have lived here for a little over a yr now and Ms heather does her job so well. I love my space and happy to call it home. If i have any issue she makes sure that maintenance is right on it. She is very easy to talk to and understanding. As a person who works from home I couldn’t ask for a better place because it is so quiet. I would definitely recommend moving here especially small families

Heather always goes above and beyond for her residents. Her warmth makes Creekview home. Every interaction with Heather is seamless as she is incredibly attentive and takes the time to explain processes in detail and always follows up with calls. I would highly recommend Creekview Court for the beautiful apartments and the amazing leasing staff!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Pros: - Close to UB North Campus, convenient for students and faculty. Cons: - Unreliable heating and cooling with poor insulation. - Constant noise from mechanical equipment and neighbors. - Unfriendly management quick to issue garbage fines. - Large portion of security deposit often withheld. - Common bug problems. - Elevator only serves one wing; stairs required in the other, limiting accessibility. For the price, it’s disappointing.
