I truly love living at The Signature. When reading some of the negative reviews, it’s worth keeping in mind that no community will ever please everyone—but my experience here has been overwhelmingly positive. Amenities: The amenities are outstanding and really speak for themselves. From two golf simulators to private meeting rooms, a business center with printing, a heated pool, and a large, well-equipped gym, there is something for everyone. There are also reservable spaces for events—we hosted a birthday party in one, and it was perfect. Resident Events: The resident events are top-notch and thoughtfully planned. **Updated review** tl;dr - After about 6 months living here, I'm dropping my rating from 5 to 3 stars. While the apartment amenities are nice and the apts themselves are nice and new, the frequency of fire alarms has become enough of an issue to dampen our experience living here. Pros: Nice, new apartments and amenities. Great location. Events and activities to do each month. Nice staff. Cons: Tight parking garage, especially turning between levels (when passing cars). That's kind of the deal for parking garages, though. Dog park poop has been an issue for about 6 months, though they're recently trying to address this. Main issue is with the fire alarms. Not sure if it's bad luck, or sensitivity of detectors here, or something else. But the frequency of fire alarms going off is getting k

Do NOT rent at the signature unless you enjoy 120 pound Great Danes running around in your neighbor's apartment every night at 11:00 PM. The front office has said they will do something about it - but after months of no action - I cannot recommend this Apartment, and would suggest you look somewhere that does not have paper thin walls - or that does not allow untrained, massive dogs that run into the walls all night.

I have been living in the building for almost a year now and I have to say it lives up to expectations! It was a new build so there were some kinks along the road, but the facility worked to solve any issues in a timely manner. They are friendly and the amenity options don’t get better than here!

If you are looking for a soundproof, insulated apartment complex, you should think twice about this place. As a young couple who has lived in several different apartment complexes over the past 10 years, we understand that some level of noise is normal—footsteps, appliances, vacuuming, etc. But what we’re experiencing here is completely beyond anything we’ve ever encountered. This is the first apartment where the noise from upstairs feels truly unbearable.
