We moved from out of state and weren’t able to make a trip to see the city beforehand so we were completely relying on Jason (seriously, the first time we saw the house in person was at final walkthrough). He nailed it. And we would not have gotten the house if we were not working with Jason (a prior deal fell through and he was able to get the house under contract for us before it hit the market again). The house is great and the neighborhood is great. He knows the area well, his negotiation skills are impressive, he’s incredibly responsive, his office manager is also responsive, and he connected us with an excellent banker. All around great experience.
