Near North Title Group - Carmel

I was so impressed with Near North’s entire team. They truly went above and beyond the entire process. Their entire staff is so kind, and professional. A big shout out to Kathi & Lauren for helping us navigate the purchase of our investment property & helping us do it in a very short time frame. Also shoutout to Kristin for running such a great team! Would definitely recommend them.

The team was very professional but also approachable and went over all the details of the paperwork, answering any questions I had. They have a cute wall with “Just Closed” where I took pictures after closing with some props they have—I thought that was a nice touch!

Ray and Near North Title Group were great to work with! Always responsive and on top of things! Highly recommend!
