False advertisement. There’s nothing “luxurious” to uncover at this place. I had a list of maintenance issues that were half addressed. My floors were constantly lifting making it difficult to mop because moisture would get trapped. I had the dining area replaced 6 months into living there because they just got worse and worse, but nothing was done about the rest of the apartment. As you can see in the photos the dining area was already lifting before in different spots before u left. I NO LONGER RESIDE THERE BUT IF YOU DO, FAIR WARNING, DOCUMENT EVERY LITTLE CRACK AND IMPERFECTION OR ELSE THEY WILL HOLD THIS AGAINST YOUR DEPOSIT. My tub peeled from the cheap products they used. There is place is a joke. October 2025 there is a mysterious 65 dollar internet fee on my monthly rent bill. I was informed that this is an error and it was not supposed to start until December due to a "corporate decision". Im not throwing money down the toilet. I pay for my own internet and have not agreed to this. WE ARE LOCKED INTO CONTRACTS. I am not going to pay for something I already pay for. Also great idea taking money from families right before Christmas. On top of everything else their Cisco Access points are over three years old. This is not high speed internet and they will not be able to secure it as the newer systems do. I do not have faith in their ability to secure the network and maintain it after seeing them deal with simple things like caulking a bathtub and failing. I

A MESS!!! I lived here since 2022 and recently moved out. I stayed this long because i don’t like moving, but I couldn’t take it anymore. Within the first year. I came home to find my ceiling literally on the floor because of a leak in the upstairs apartment and they didn’t bother looking to see if my apartment was affected. I was forced to live in a hotel for a week because of this. Also, during the winter, because the furnace is outside on the balcony and it was bitter cold, I was left without heat or hot water for 2 weeks!!! I was unable to take a hot shower without turning on the heat even in summer months. I called Maintence time after time just for them to fix nothing and my cameras in my home showed me they were looking at my personal items rather than fixing the issues in the home.

They’ll smile when you’re signing the lease and nickel-and-dime you the moment you’re locked in. My rent has increased over $100 - $200 every term and now in the middle of this new term they added mandatory internet fee of $65 . Axia’s “fast speed” internet is not worth that . It’s extremely slow speed. I used to love living here (going on 4yrs). Now I can’t wait to leave. Save your serenity. Believe the negative reviews they are legit warnings .

I have lived at this apartment almost 2 years now and plan to move in march , Please read before moving in closely. APT 503 -There was a live squirrel that came out of the fireplace in my living room running around and scared my kids. The emergency maintenance number was nowhere to be found or reached so I dialed 911! my kids were in fear and a day afterwards 1 of the maintenance guys had the nerve to say : maybe it came out of your bedroom window. My bedroom window is upstairs (reminding you The bedroom window was completely closed) and at that moment I new this place was a joke after that lie. I have never had this type of experience at an apartment complex before. There are all kinds of charges on the rent , each month the rent price changes from 1425 to 1529 ect. Never again!
