The Kent at Carmel City Center

Out of the four different managed apartment complexes I have lived in, I would rank The Kent comfortably at the top of this list. Overall it is a very well balanced environment with an ideal apartment configuration, spacious rooms, modest prices per sq ft, stress-free parking, and a location that can't be beat for accessing everything that the town of Carmel has to offer. The Kent's best feature, however, is it's management team. Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful, and always available for the residents. Shiloh, in particular, does an exceptional job of ensuring everyone has a quality experience at The Kent, and will always go the extra mile to brighten anyone's day who walks through those front doors. TOO Expensive!!!! First off there are hardly ever any parking spots at night because the people from the other complexes park in the Kent’s spots. People from the the Palladium and people from the Tarkington Theater usually. Pool hours are not realistic.They told us that if we stayed in the pool area past 9pm that we would lose our fobs for the pool access. Also before you sign the lease here, they didn''t tell us upfront that we had to share our amenities with other complexes. That was a big let down for us for sure. Speaking of amenities this complex didnt have many. For us we felt that we got priced out of the current real estate market and that we could find much better value elsewhere and for a much more affordable price. I love this property! Well kept and maintained, updated fixtures, PLENTY of closet space, spacious and clean. The fire pit and pool area is soooo beautiful! Perfect for entertaining guests! I’ve had several interactions with property management and I MUST SAY, Ebony is the most pleasant manager I have ever come in contact with. She was very helpful, courteous and answered all questions beyond satisfaction. I would highly recommend this complex!

Ebony and her team are always very friendly, professional and respectful to all of the residents. Ebony brings great energy to The Kent and is fun to talk to as we are coming or going! Ebony, Marseilles and Shiloh are always extremely helpful and accommodating with any issue we have had. We appreciate the Palladium concert tickets we were given, too!

Gosh… where to start. My boyfriend and I were both placed at the Kent through his company‘s corporate housing. I immediately fell in love with the details and design of our space. From the carefully curated cabinets to the beautiful floors and storage space, there was no way I was going to find a place like this in Carmel. We immediately went and signed on a two bedroom and that is currently where we reside. I hope to stay here at the Kent until I am able to find my forever home! Ebony and Marsel do such a great job of taking care of this community. I am so proud to be a Kent resident.
