The Goldwyn

We lived at Goldwyn for about 3 years. Martin was quick to respond to any issues we had with the unit and we enjoyed our stay here! It’s also walking distance to downtown culver which is great for nights out. The rooftop is also a good spot to hang out or bbq. My only remark is to be cognizant that it’s on a main street. It can get a little loud. If available, consider a unit on the non-street facing side of the building.

My husband and I lived at The Goldwyn for one year starting in July 2024. We loved our time there and would’ve definitely stayed had we not decided to move to a bigger place. The Goldwyn public/communal areas were always clean and we loved the roof deck and the views! The appliances and finishes in our apartment were top notch. Building manager Martin was great - always super responsive and very helpful and friendly. We also absolutely loved the location and always walked to downtown Culver from there.

Trying to make contact to lease apartment. Any good number to call other than a bot?

My husband and I scheduled an online appt on Jan 21st. We received a confirmation email the day of the appt and when we showed up there they told us they didn’t have us on the list and that there wasn’t any availability for apartments. I would recommend you work on your IT department because this is very disrespectful especially for people like us who traveled from a different state just for this

Be carful of Martin the manager. He is deceiving and will add extra fees to your rental agreement on purpose then when you back out he keeps the deposit. The owner or group of this building should have him fired. Unprofessional, rude and demanding. RENTER BEWARE.
