We had such a top-quality experience working with Michelle and Julio, they made our first home purchase SO SMOOTH. We received Michelle as a recommendation from our friends and she was calm, attentive, responsive, and realistic with us. She was never pushy or aggressively selling places that weren't a good fit for us. She had a wealth of knowledge about the west side, great negotiating skills with the selling agent, and was so patient with our frequent questions. Our entire search and purchase experience was wonderful, I can't recommend Michelle enough.

They both did outstanding work and went well beyond the job of a typical realtor … ask Michelle about her ability to wield a power drill (yep!) and create social media buzz putting sunglasses on a metal pig (true).
