I’m so happy to be part of this lovely community! The atmosphere is welcoming, peaceful, and well-maintained. I especially want to highlight our property manager, Maria Galvan, who has been absolutely wonderful. She’s always prompt with our requests and consistently kind, making the experience of living here even better.

I can’t thank Maria Galvan enough for the incredible support she offered during my cross-country move. She was organized, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful throughout the entire process. She checked in with me regularly after I applied and followed up with me post approval to let me know everything I needed to get done before move-in. Maria’s professionalism, warmth and efficiency turned a potentially overwhelming move into a seamless transition.

We've been living at PKWY Plaza for almost a year now, and I want to give a huge shout out to the Property Manager, Maria Galvan, for always being super friendly and responsive to our needs. We've made several maintenance requests and the maintenance crew showed up quickly and resolved all our issues. Both Victor Rodriguez and Alredo Pahua are not just skillful at what they do, but are also courteous and true gentlemen when invited into the house. I never write these kind of reviews but felt strongly that this amazing team needed a shout out. Bravo!

After 21 years of living at the Parkway Plaza Apartments, we are sad to be leaving and just wanted to say how much Maria Galvan helped us during all those years. She was always there, willing to help in whatever way she could and as quickly as possible. Maria is a first rate property manager and Jones and Jones is lucky to have her represent them.
