I absolutely love living here. The apartment building is beautiful, well maintained, and truly feels like home. Ashley, the manager, is amazing—so supportive, kind, and always helpful. She played a huge role in our decision to renew my lease and made the entire process easy and stress-free. I’m very grateful to live here and highly recommend it.

I really loved living here when Sandy was the manager. she was always responsive and handled everything professionally. Unfortunately, things went downhill pretty quickly after Ashley took over, and I ended up breaking my lease and moving out in September. The problems started small but just kept piling up. I’d get random charges added to my rent that were never explained, even when I asked about them multiple times. I must have sent at least a dozen emails over the past few months that just went unanswered. I even tried stopping by the office in person, but half the time no one was there. I’d swing by during posted office hours and the door would be locked. The final straw was when I needed to modify my lease back in February. We are grateful to be living in a place like CLG. The reason we renewed our lease is because of Ashley's professionalism as a manager and we love the amenities that are available. We are excited to spend another year here in LA!

I recently moved in. I cannot say how wonderful the entire team has been. I have needed help, or asked questions, from Ashley, Dietrich and Vinny. They have been friendly, helpful and so courteous! They have made something always difficult so smooth and easy. Huge shout out and thanks!
