The Fairways at Westridge Apartments

I have lived at the Fairways for a little over a year and I am very happy. The complex is small, mostly quiet, gated and I feel safe. If I had one complaint it would be people not cleaning up after their dogs. The complex has ample doggie bag locations. I would also like to recognize David Rosales my go to maintenance guy! He is polite, professional and knows everyone's name which is a nice touch.

I’ve been living at fairways at westridge for almost 8 years. It’s beautiful quiet and clean here and feels like home. All the staff members and maintenance team is great here. My lease will be up soon so I wanted to transfer to another apartment here and I wasn’t sure what I need to do. Nora from the staff was very helpful and sweet she helped in minutes to complete the process and follow up with me to ensure I didn’t have any questions. She was very helpful and kind. Ever since moving here, we knew this was the place for us. We have been here a total of seven years and we could say nothing less than exceptional when it comes to maintenance and their response times David such a humble and good man responds efficiently, and effectively every time always giving us the best advice and how to navigate our future needs. We are so thankful for David and his team. We do not have a single complaint ever since we lived here and whatever happens in our home is always taken care of at the most efficient time. David from the maintenance team deserves real recognition. He has gone above and beyond for my toddler and I. While some others treated requests like just another work order, David showed genuine care, professionalism, and made sure everything was handled properly/quickly. His kindness and dedication truly stand out, and it makes a huge difference as a resident. Our community is lucky to have him!

Fairways at Westridge is a great place for families, lots of greenary, well maintained and a safe community. David Rosales from maintenance is very professional, dedicated, polite, respectful and does an amazing job. He is always willing to help. He handles everything with responsibility and a positive attitude that makes a real difference. Any maintenance request raised is addressed on same day.
