Infinity Property Services Association Management

I would like to offer this review of Infinity Property Manager Lauren. She has been our property manager for several years and has been extremely courteous and professional. She has always returned inquiries in a timely manner and followed up on everything she said she would. I know this sounds like basic expectations of a property manager, but I have lived in this association for over 20 years, courteous and professional is not what I would call all of our previous managers. Lauren has demonstrated competence, proficiency and expertise. It's easy to forget you even have a property manager when everything is going well. Professional and a positive disposition, Lauren is a pleasure to have as our property manager.

I have worked with Ani Keshishian for two years as a Board Member at Avignon in Santa Clarita. I cannot speak highly enough about Ani and the value she adds to our HOA. Ani is very organized. She identifies issues that need Board attention or approval and provides a package of those issues to the Board in advance of our meetings. She is articulate and very efficient in our Board meetings. Ani keeps our HOA in compliance with new and existing regulations. She keeps track of what needs to be done throughout the year and assures that it gets done. She works independently with vendors to obtain multiple bids and deals with homeowner issues. She is very thorough and excellent on follow-up. Plus, Ani is a nice person! I called Infinity Management hoping for someone to help me. I had been experiencing multiple problems with the previous HOA. Kristian Vasquez answered my call. I was prepared for a lot of nothing. To my great surprise, Kristian, after listening to the reasons for my call, responded to me with answers to my questions, solutions to my problem and he did so immediately without my having to call back and speak to someone else and instead, getting their voicemail. Everything was addressed. I knew what I had to do. On Monday I could take care of whatever needed to be done. Thank you, Kristian, for being awesome.

Lauren Stein from Infinity Management provided excellent HOA services, including a prompt response to a request for gutter cleaning after the rain storms. She immediately responded and ensured our unit is included in the upcoming schedule gutter cleaning. I highly recommend Lauren for any HOA management services, she is very professional, communicative and gets things done.

I am not fooled by the positive reviews as the reality from my experience and observations over many years is that they are no better than most HOA management companies out there and could be worse also. Almost every time I have called, they say that all staff or managers are in a "meeting" and rarely answer my calls or emails. If I call back in a few hours or the next day, they say again in a "meeting." It is as if they show up to work and go straight into the meeting room and then go straight home as if owners are stupid and written "idiots" on our foreheads to believe. They pretend with me like they don't receive your correspondences or questions while I am holding emails and certified letters in my hand that they never responded to over weeks and months.
