I had such a great experience working with Paris during my apartment process. She was incredibly kind, professional, and efficient from start to finish. Paris made everything feel smooth and stress-free, answered all of my questions, and was always quick to respond whenever I needed help. What really stood out was how welcoming and patient she was throughout the entire process. Moving and securing a new place can be stressful, but she made the experience so much easier. This apartment complex is such a nice place to live. From the start with the tours especially given by the lovely and beautiful Paris, to the paperwork and accounts handling by Simon and Melinda and any questions you may have, they are always more than willing to help you. They go above and beyond to help. Maintenance requests are filled quickly, maintenance team is awesome! Grounds are kept clean, all friendly staff, lucky to call this place home.

We were looking for new apartments in Valencia and had reached out to only a few places we knew we really wanted to live at. The only complex who had a wonderful experience from the moment we interacted was the Links, specifically Paris Newland. All other places didn't take our interest in leasing seriously, and even though we aren't buying a place, a home is still a home and is important to everyone when moving. Paris was extremely friendly, extremely helpful during our tours, and was very informational during and after the tour. Questions we had during were followed up on and we LOVED that. Ultimately, we loved the experience of this place so much because of Paris (and the layout of our beautiful new apartment) that we signed our place sooner than we wanted because we didn't want to lose

Excellent service. I always appreciate how helpful and trustworthy the service here is. Being a single mom, it can be unnerving allowing strangers in your home, but I’ve been so pleased with the level of security. Always kind & always great service. He gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!

It took me months to find a place that I could call home. I met with Simon and he made the whole process so easy. He was so patient and extremely professional, as it took me months to make a commitment, but he never gave up and was never pushy. Anytime I wanted to come back and revisit the property, he made himself available. And let me tell you moving in here was one of the best things I’ve done for myself in years. Simon and Melinda are so human and wonderful. They made this whole move-in process so easy and helped me find not only the perfect apartment, but in the perfect location of the building for my needs and preferences. When we determined this would be my unit, Simon even said “ this is the perfect unit for you” and let me tell you he was right. Thank you for helping me start this
