Team was pleasant, and fun to work with. My husband and I work full time and they were able to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively, which helped the process. They were extremely responsive in a timely fashion.

I really don't like leaving negative reviews for anyone's business. With that said I must say that this company is a bit unprofessional, when it comes to communication ITS BAD.(employees attitudes) was overly overwhelming.Making the process of moving forward and wanting to purchase a home confusing w no progress. You guys are here to facilitate things for us the customers who are in views of purchasing a home. Please create better training for efficient staff.

Don't know where to begin, honestly. They charge you to do a credit check and are extremely unprofessional. They don't know how to speak to clients, are extremely rude and disrespectful, and expect you to perform their job. They are just trying to do the bare minimum and collect a paycheck, and they use sketchy lending tactics, like going into escrow with a conventional loan and switching to FHA at the last minute. I'm going to report them to the Better Business Bureau. This is the worst lending service I've ever experienced. You provide all the necessary documents, and they still inform you that they need employee verification with a signature, even though you provide W2s, tax returns, pay stubs, and an abstract of employee verification. I would not recommend lending with them to anybody.

Overall, 10/10 experience. Super helpful and knowledgeable, Anytime we had a question it was answered Extremely fast and In depth. I would highly recommend!
