Summit Pointe

I recently moved into Summit Pointe and I’m genuinely impressed with my apartment. It’s clean, cozy, and surprisingly spacious for a one-bedroom—definitely more room than I expected. While I noticed that some of the buildings could use a little attention, it looks like improvements are already underway. I worked with Hope in the office, and the entire move-in process was smooth and hassle-free. She was incredibly polite and helpful when I picked up my keys, and made everything feel easy. Great experience overall!

This community definitely deserves all my 5 stars, and if I could I would give more. My experience here has been one to truly reform my previous opinion of apartment living. From the very top of the management team here, Angie has displayed a level of humanity that seems lost in today's world where only money talks. I've witnessed Angie handle difficult and challenging situations with grace and professionalism in times of last minute staff turnover to even disgruntled residents, including myself once. I absolutely love the feeling of community that lives here, between residents and staff, and even owners. I had a great experience renting an apartment at Summit Pointe Apartments thanks to Rosa and Dawn! They made the whole process super easy and stress-free. Rosa helped me find the perfect place that fit my needs, and Dawn guided me through the application step-by-step. They were always friendly, available, and ready to answer my questions. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! i don’t know how they got the good ratings. there is a rat problem i can hear rats running around in my air vents and i have found multiple dead rats outside of the apartment building. my hallway smells like cigarettes almost everyday. I was left without heat during the winter storm when my apartment reached 38 degrees overnight. my heat stopped working 3 times this week. during one of the coldest weeks of this winter. when i called emergency maintenance the third time, they did not come for over 5 hours. the maintenance guy lives in my building so this was completely unacceptable that it took that long. when he finally showed up, he stopped to smoke a cigarette outside of my door before coming inside to fix it. this is disrespectful and disgusting behavior to bring th

My first ever apartment, and I absolutely LOVE IT! The community is nice, the atmosphere is SO welcoming! Everyone is super duper nice and helpful! Rosa, in the office, she’s PHENOMENAL! Super kind, super helpful and understanding ! And the maintenance is SUPER FAST with helping get things fixed! My water heater went out and less than 24 hours I had a brand NEW one! So thankful for Summit Pointe!
