I’ve been living here for almost three years now, and it’s truly been a great experience. A big part of that is the outstanding maintenance team ....especially Francisco and Raul. Anytime I submit a request or have an issue in my apartment, they respond quickly and handle it with professionalism and care. Their work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude make this community not just livable, but genuinely pleasant. Francisco and Raul, thank you both for your hard work and dedication. It does not go unnoticed.

I love this place. It is so peaceful living in here. The facility is always clean if there is ever a maintenance issue it is always taken care of a timely manner. The staff is amazing whether I am going to pick up my Mail or going to the gym or just taking a dip in the pool. I am always greeted with a smile and they ask if there’s anything that I need . At night, the lighting is bright making you feel comfortable and safe , during daytime you can see how much attention the staff pays into maintaining a beautiful place to live. Gardening is awesome. Trees are green pet areas are always kept up. It is a truly peaceful place to live at. Management & maintenance teams are fantastic. The grounds are clean and well taken care of, management responds promptly to issues/requests, and all of the staff are very friendly. My only major complaint does not have to do with Summerwood. One of the neighbors in a house across the street (corner of Francis & Bedford) likes to play their cruddy music too loud, but that's a risk anywhere in a crowded city. Summerwood gets 5 stars!
