I lived at Monterra Springs for several years and truly enjoyed my time there. From the start, Anahí was incredibly attentive and welcoming—she always went above and beyond to make sure residents felt heard and taken care of. Her professionalism and warm demeanor made the entire experience that much better. The units are well-kept, featuring beautiful hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances, which really added a modern, comfortable touch to daily living. The community is located in a great neighborhood—quiet, safe, and conveniently close to everything. Costco, Target, and several coffee shops are just down the street, making errands easy and accessible. There’s a strong sense of community here, and the amenities are consistently well-maintained. My girlfriend and I moved here about a month ago, and we’re loving it so far. It’s a very quiet and clean complex. Most of the stores you need and don’t even need are close-by. Grace (the administrator) is really friendly. We’re renting a one bedroom and I must say, it’s really spacious. We even have enough space to make a corner office in the living room and it’s not not clustered. The view from the room is lovely, so we decided to make the patio a nice place to sit and just relax by putting some artificial grass and a patio set. In as much as I love the property, I, however am not very much pleased with the parking permit cards; it’ll be nice to have a small sticker on the corner of your windshield, not the rather large paper permits we have hanging now. The gym too could be upgraded. A

My girlfriend and I lived at Monterra Springs for a year and really enjoyed the time here. It’s a quiet and peaceful community, and the residents are friendly. The apartment’s been great, and while my interactions with Anahi have been brief, I can tell she’s on top of things. From our move in experience to move out, she’s been extremely helpful. The whole team here really puts in the effort, whether it’s fixing a small issue in our apartment or creating community events like BBQs and raffles for the residents, it is clear they care and make an effort to build a great experience for every resident.

BEST APARTMENTS EVER! We lived in these apartments for 3 years, we had no reason to move besides the opportunity that opened for us! We loved everything about this apartment. we loved our 2 bedroom my family of 4 had the perfect amount of space and our patio was so convenient for the kids to enjoy outdoor time! we loved the grass area we had outside to enjoy a picnic and some outdoor activities! the pool and jacuzzi was always our favorite. Anahi our manager was always so helpful ! she never made us feel a bother, she was always so attentive at anytime we’d call or text’ she is a true sweetheart! we definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for themselves or even their family, it is a truly great place! we will forever love and miss this apartment!

Monterra Springs was an amazing place to live. I recommend this complex to anyone! The manager Anahi was super friendly and on top of any maintenance issues or concerns we had. The few times we needed maintenance, Luis the maintenance guy came the same day. :) Luis was always super quick and respectful. I also loved my neighbors, it felt like a little community. The area is also nice and super close to any store you could ever need!
