North Pointe Apartments

Saw a couple of apartments I was interested in online and decided to call. This place doesn’t answer phones. I tried calling for a week straight, no answer. I also left messages that were never returned. I then scheduled a viewing on their website that needed to be confirmed by them, and they ignored it and never reached out to me. I emailed them and they sent me a copy and paste message about their availablity and to contact them…. What a joke. I tried emailing them back with specific questions and they just emailed me the same copy and response message I got the first time. They sent me this same message again today, which really annoys the hell out of me. I’m in an other city and cannot go down there to speak to whoever is in charge of this mess, so I went with a different apartment com

There are many other things I could talk about, but for now I'll just share the photos of the dog feces from today. It is an almost daily occurrence to see wet dog slime smeared and tracked over the side walks. The cleaning up is not done thoroughly, no power washing of the walkways ever. Maybe this review will inspire some sort of action. I won't comment further about other downsides for now, If this could be addressed it would increase our quality of life here. I understand that this is due to tenant behavior, but it's not my responsibility as a renyer to have to deal with this.

This apartment is not nice because of the people who are renting this apartment. The manager Raven is a very nice lady who wants to work with you and she is very helpful in every way so is the maintenance team and he is a very nice guy who helps you in any problem you have in the house. However, there are some things that make this apartment not my first choice. The first problem is the uncontrollable noise that the traffic makes since there’s a street right next to the apartments. There is constant traffic and a lot of noise so you won’t be getting any sleep without constant Noise. The second problem is laundry. Your laundry facility is very small. It has about 3 to 4 washer and dryers so it’s not convenient and the machines are very old. Third problem is that there is a lot of smell and

So my fiancé and I tried applying, they wouldn’t answer our calls, it took 24 hours to respond to some emails and it took 2 weeks to even look at out application after we paid a holding deposit. They hung up on my fiancé and were very disrespectful. They do not allow small businesses owners due to the fact we do not have pay stubs to make it easy for them. We never got to enjoy this apartment even though they look beautiful management is horrible!!!

This is hands down the worst place to live in La habra. I lived at this location for only 21 months and I am truly happy we finally moved last month. It was such an agonizing experience that I feel the responsibility to share it with others so that they don’t get fooled like me with their fake reviews written by fake accounts! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Do not be fooled by the landscaping!!! First of all it is overpriced! There are many hidden fees that will be added to your rent every month! For example for a one bedroom apartment the price is $1665 plus almost $100-$150 for gas, trash, sewer, water, as well as pest control! And there is no month to month policy.
