I had an excellent experience with Fair Oaks Apartment. Chris and Susie were very helpful in answering my queries during my move-in process. Chris was very accommodating and ensured that new resident like me is taken care of, which made my move-in process quick. The Fair Oaks community is a lovely place to live. It is peaceful and clean.

Hello! My experience with Fair Oaks has been really good! I've lived here since August 2024 and the service of the property is top-notch. Big shout out to Chris, Chico, and Aaron for being on top of a lot of property upkeep and repair. I have had a couple of clogs and furniture breaking that have been addressed with swiftly and professionally. I really like the area around Fair Oaks as well and feel like it is in a good hub of places to go to as long as you have a car (SGV, LA, and OC areas). Highly recommend booking a tour!

Love! I love living here at FairOaks Apartment. It is absolutely beautiful with a homey feel. The rent is reasonable.My favorite are the pools. Very peaceful no crazy noise. You Can't beat with two parking lots. Chico always maintaining the apartments nice and clean. ⭐️

I wanted to say thank you to Chico for keeping are laundry rooms looking so clean, the Machines are always wiped down no trash on the floors and mopped every morning. He’s a hard worker. Thank you fair Oaks and having a great maintenance team. Keep it up good work.

Nice, gated apartments. Friendly neighbors, quiet community. Pet friendly but never dealt with loud or aggressive pets. Management and staff were always friendly. Any maintenance issues were handled quickly. The apartments are modern and newly remodeled which makes the price worth it compared to outdated places for the same price if not more.
