This property is AMAZING. The staff is wonderful and show their appreciation for tenants. The community is well kept and very quiet. I just can't say enough how happy we are that we moved here. 10 out of 10 and I do recommend!

I’m feeling a bit anxious due to a past experience I had when leasing an apartment during COVID. At that time, the unit wasn’t move-in ready — the carpet was dirty, the blinds hadn’t been replaced, and there was no showerhead. I ended up having to contact the city to file a report, and fortunately, I was able to recover my deposit and avoid any negative impact on my credit. This time, everything appears to be ready and I’ve completed my part of the process. I’m scheduled to pick up the keys this Thursday at 10 a.m., but I recently received a call requesting to change the time to 5 p.m. due to maintenance being out sick. I completely understand situations like this can happen, and we agreed to move the appointment to 2 p.m. However, I can’t help but feel nervous that something similar mig

Best apartments, always checking up on us, keeping us updated with everything. Blessed to live at these apartments definitely recommend checking them out.

Overall the renters experience is average. The house is decently nice. Lacks storage so you will have to provide a lot of furniture for storing things like towels, wash cloths, etc. Their “smart home” integrations are pretty awful. They provide a smart lock and thermostat but they can only be used and no other smart devices. You can’t use a hue bridge, Google home, alexa, etc. even Apple TV remotes from your phone done work. They use wirestar and the services are abysmal. It’s very frustrating that I can’t use the most basic of equipment. To top it off, you have to submit a ticket directly to the service provider, incur and almost 6 month waiting period, to maybe get your problem resolved.
