This is a great community to live in. It’s quiet, clean and close to major highways and shopping areas!

It's a great neighborhood..it's very quiet and clean. All the people in the neighborhood are friendly.. I've been here for 9 months and I love it and one great thing is the hoa is about 50 bucks a month and they are relaxed not overbearing at all. And the how price includes fiber wire super hi speed wifi..it's developing area..with a Costco and H.E.B. coming..traffic is not very bad..closest grocery store is 5 miles away around about. Brand new tom thumb and other stores..it's great here.

Do not trust Lennar. I am writing this to warn first time home buyers especially. As a first time home buyer, I didn’t know better and they completely took advantage of me and lied to me. When I came to view the homes I was actually interested in the neighboring neighborhood that wasn’t built up yet. It fit my buying time better. Instead the sales guy pressured me into buying sooner by offering me 4K off the price. He told me the neighboring neighborhood would be way out of my price range. Which was a total lie. Also he up charged my house and I paid way too much for it. For someone who was looking to invest in my future through buying my first house, I am devastated to see the houses are now listed at 195-200K when I paid 248K. I will never be able to sell this home. I should’ve listened

When all the new homes are built, where are people going to shop for groceries? Traffic heading into forney to go to Kroger or Walmart is already a nightmare. Hopefully Crandall has a solution.

Hi, never followed up with me regarding my appication status neither from sale consultant Jennifer or loan officer Amanda l had to found out they was not moving forward with my loan application from Austin internet sales consultant what a waste of my time not only did they not respond they never gave me any options very unprofessional will not be using lanner in the furture l will not recommend lanner to anyone ( Poor Customer Service )as for Austin thanks for the update.
