Lennar at Wildcat Ranch

Went from what I felt was a good experience to them continuing to not being able to close. Once they made us feel it was just impossible and I decided maybe a rental for now I can’t even get them to reply to an email from us for our earnest money. Reached out to attorneys and have got a response that that earnest money is able to receive back, which now explains why they are avoiding to respond.

Absolutely horrible experience with the sales reps here. They make you feel as a burden, are NOT there for you to find your perfect home, they are there just for the money and to lock you in to anything. They are beyond rude and when you call they and ask for call backs they take their time and when you call they do not answer ANY questions at all. Houses are worked on very slowly and promise a deadline but never meet it. Went in for a consultation and automatically made me feel pressured to lock in to a contract and just gave me very little to no information on homes, prices, incentives, etc. Just horrible overall. They do not help with incentives like Dr. Horton does, go with Dr. Horton instead they will take care of you, unlike Lennar.

NICE, but PLEASE DO NOT allow Section8 in the future. Please please! Look at what happened in Forney. Not fair for us real homeowners!

The hood vent attached to the microwave in my Windhaven model does not vent to the outside of the home, it recycles the smoke back into the kitchen. It is really annoying having to deal with the smoke alarm everytime I'm preparing a meal. I called the warranty folks thinking there's some kind of error, they stated that it's part of the design. This is definitely a regret, other than that, nice community.

Walls are paper thin. The front and backyard are not leveled correctly. Service reps are awful and of no help. What's the point of a year warranty if they won't come look at or fix anything.
