Reached out to them using Contact Us website information AND left multiple voicemails, NO response. Went by in person (currently in Austin, so 3 hr. minimum drive)and picked up flyers because there was no staff there. Per flyer. must sign lease BEFORE seeing apartment you are considering as a home. If this is the ‘customer service level’ before you ever move in, any maintenance concerns you may have would most likely get the same delays or no response.

It's a nice place to live. Most of the residents are nice. About the only thing we are missing is a swimming pool, an a larger workout room. It would be nice to have those 2 things here.

Very nice apartments but managers change often . More than 12 since it opened 5 years ago. Corp. Office is out of state and anything needed takes forever to get done..my apartment does not have HOT water in my shower..warm water but not hot! I have been here 8 months in this apartment and many things have not been done. They promise but do not follow thru. I am currently on a waiting list for another complex..rent gets higher and higher here and residents appear to make the decisions over manager. It was a good place in the beginning but not now. Favoritism is shown to certain residents and that causes many verbal outbursts and hurt feelings, and difficult environment.

Managers come and go frequently. Repairs and upkeep are slow. Housekeeping is non-existent, the carpets in the hallways are badly stained. Lighting outside at night is poor in parking areas. Good residents/neighbors make this place.

I am a senior citizen and I had received a 60 day notice to vacate where I was living. I had found a place before I found BluffView and had completed everything but the signing of the lease when I went to actually look at the apartment, it was NOTHING like I was told it would be. Now I only had a few days left before I had to vacate where I was. I came to BluffView and met Mrs Nikita Nelloms, Manager and she was absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! She worked tirelessly with and for me until every i was dotted and every t was crossed (you see I held a Housing Choice Voucher and that required some finagling) to get me into an apartment that I absolutely LOVE! We were down to the wire and I had actually been served a 3 day notice to vacate as my lease had expired!! I was 1 step away from being homeless.
