Sierra Vista Apartments

As a new tenant in one of the Sierra Vista Apartments this year 2022, I can recommend to the public that the attention by the administrator is excellent, as well as the very reasonable rental price for what is offered. I live in an apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen; These spaces have good lighting and the best thing was to find a stove, pantry, heating, air conditioning and ceiling fans already included, for me this is something essential in these times. My family liked that the bedrooms are spacious, carpeted, have a closet and that it is very easy to access cable TV, Wi-Fi Internet and gas services; Although it is true that the apartment is cleaned by the tenant himself, however, the administration is in charge of public cleaning, cleaning th

I lived here from 2017-2020 and have recently moved back in. My experience with Genesis has always been pleasant and the new maintenance staff seems better than the one they used to have back then this one responds fast and is genuinely friendly, like he enjoys helping tenants out. Moving back in was a breeze. Genesis has always been a great communicator. She's always answered all of my questions or gotten things done when I've asked for maintenance or anything so not sure where other ppl had the disconnect she's always helped me thru any and every process or concern. Laundry room has a lot of washers n dryers. Guests do have to park outside as we have assigned parking inside n everyone seems to have multiple cars. I lived at sierra vista apartments since 2019. Genesis got me in within hrs notice, she has been AMAZING throughout my stay here. The maintenance man takes his job seriously, is very friendly and over all the staff is extremely professional. I am going to miss being here & would recommend to anyone in the Elsinore area. Thank you Genesis Oakensheild for treating your tenants with respect, friendly face & open ears. You will sincerely be missed!

I love living here because it’s a smaller complex than I have lived before. All the neighbors get to know each other and watch out for them. I’ve seen some of them bring casseroles to their neighbors after they’ve been at the hospital. You don’t get this just anywhere. The place has picked up in the last couple of years, the property has been painted and the inside of the units have been renovated over the last couple years and they look beautiful. They are very affordable and I like that the gate is now always closed since Genesis took over. It is sad to see how the petty tenants have nothing good to say about the place or the manager, yet they probably keep renewing. I loved my time here, my experiences with the manager were pleasant. She is friendly and quick to respond to issues when they come up. The only issue I had while I lived here was with the other tenants, some are very inconsiderate and won't clean up after themselves, the ones who have children (most are under age 10) for the most part leave them unsupervised.
