Lakeview I & II

I recently moved in the Lakeview 1 Apts located on Riverside Dr. Rudy helped to fill out paperwork and kept us informed every step of the way. He explained each rule of the property to us. Once approved for the move in he walked us through the grounds to make us aware of where things were including my parking space. Rudy is a very knowledgeable and professional manager. He was very nice and polite and very respectful. Rudy you made my transition into my new place so pleasant and easy. Thank you for everything.

Moving into the Lakeview Apts. Here in Lake Elsinore. Rudy helped with all the paperwork. He is awesome. Very knowledgeable and respectful. Very nice man. He helped me through the entire process. And walked me through the entire complex to show me where to find everything. Rudy is a great asset and the right person for this job. I want to say Rudy... Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are absolutely awesome.

I have loved the 9 years I lived here. Moving to my new home feels bittersweet. The memories I've had here can't be measured. But these apartments allowed me the ability to get back on my feet and take care of my children. When I first moved in I was a single mom of two making minimum wage. I was on government assistance. (food stamps, cash aid and HUD housing) it was very hard and scary. But with the patience and kindness of the staff they helped encourage me to push forward. And now I'm working at a great well paying job I'm off of all government assistance and moving into a home. A big thank you to Rudy, Jennifer and especially David (head maintenance) for always looking out for me and my kids. We can't thank you enough.

We just moved in about a month ago and Very nice staff very helpful , Rudy is absolutely amazing I was so stressed out my “husband”was having problems with his heart so he was in the hospital during the process and Rudy was nothing but understanding and patient helped us out every step of the process , helped us with the paper work my husband couldn’t make it so Rudy helped make it possible for him to sign he is such an amazing manager

I have lived in Lakeview apartments for a about a year and it has been an incredible experience. The management is excellent and I've really enjoyed my time living here. They are low income apartments and it makes life so much easier with affordable rent at Lakeview apartments.
