I’ve been here 8 months , I was offered an extra parking space the day I moved in , I didn’t need one at the time , the next month I got a new car and needed an extra parking space, they said I was going to be put in a waiting list it’s been now 6 months and the manager keeps giving me the same BS excuse that they’re having construction workers coming since November and “they never come” there’s a bunch of empty parking spaces not being use and I have to park outside , my car’s window got broken the other day.

I haven't been here for very long but I have enjoyed my stay so far. The complex is quiet during most times, and I'm so glad I get to park my truck in the garage area. It's kept clean and if you need after hours help, surprisingly they are on top of it. Manager Daniel has been wonderful and always answers my questions when I am able to get ahold of him. My kids have made a lot of friends and the grounds are pet friendly. Prices are wonderful.

I’ve lived here now for 2 years and 6 months and I LOVE It!! Best staff working Daniel and Maggie are amazing to work With as well as the maintenance team! Neighbors are all respectful and very kind and nice. I don’t plan on going anywhere I love it here and I love that they work with you and are able to show they care!!! If your looking for a place to rent this is definitely the place. They take care of you and fix any issues immediately. It’s also very close to a lot of everyday needs like groceries and parks but distanced enough to not have to deal with a lot of people. Also great feature is there gates! It’s nice to know only limited people are around your home.

The appearance speaks for itself. We moved in 3 years ago during COVID because it was the cheapest we could find at the time. The rent spiked up and no upgrades have really been made. Beside the pool area being remodeled. The time we lived there we saw homeless people walk through the apartments throughout the day. My husband works construction so he would sometimes leave at 3am and would see crackheads. Random cars just cruising around the neighborhood at night. Our car got broken into 4 times. A homeless man tried to take a child. An apartment was raided and someone got caught cheating and put on a show for the residents lol obviously the cops were called. This is the worst place I have ever lived. I have had nothing but bad experiences. I have lived here for over a year and I've had my car stolen and totalled, my new car broken into, my complaints have gone unheard and the emergency maintenance line ignores my calls. The neighbors are ghetto, loud and inconsiderate. Management does not seem to care about noise. The cameras don't work so when my car was stolen the complex didn't have any help to give me. Someone broke a window three days ago and there is still broken glass on the sidewalk and grass where kids play. Not to mention is overpriced.
